These terms are designed to protect both the Merchant and American 3PL, ensuring a stable environment for business growth.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our global logistics infrastructure, you enter into a binding agreement with American 3PL. These terms govern all warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation services provided by our Memphis and Reno facilities.
2. Services & Scope
American 3PL provides comprehensive third-party logistics including dock-to-stock processing, omnichannel fulfillment, and real-time inventory management. Specific SLAs for your account are detailed in your individual Service Level Agreement.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for providing accurate product data, maintaining appropriate inventory insurance, and ensuring all goods comply with US federal and state regulations. Prompt payment of logistics invoices is required to maintain service continuity.
4. Liability & Protection
We treat your inventory with the highest level of care. Our standard liability for inventory loss or damage is capped at the declared wholesale value or $100 per unit, whichever is lower, unless extended protection is mutually agreed upon in writing.
